The New Town Hall is a national cultural monument in Prague. Its untraditional representational areas are currently used for hosting wedding ceremonies, exhibitions, concerts and other cultural or social events.

12. 1. – 3. 11. A series of concerts titled Stylish evenings 2016 with the Harmonia Praga chamber orchestra under the baton of Štefan Britvik and hosted by violinist Miroslav Vilímec.
3. 4. – 6. 9. The Novofest 2016 music festival will commemorate significant moments in the life and reign of Charles IV. The opening concert will revive the Feast of the Blessed Sacraments, introduced by the King. Other concerts will also be a touching reminder of various aspects of his life.
Guided tours with engaging commentary will uncover a piece of history of the national cultural monument, which began after Prague New Town was founded by Charles IV. in 1348.

3.–31. 5. Medicine from the time of Charles IV. to the present – advancement and study of medicine, including the history of the 1st Faculty of Medicine at the Charles University, excerpts from old textbooks, various medical instruments, information about medical
