The "Pěticestí" tourist junction, about 1 km under Zakletý Hill, is an ideal starting point for hikes around the Orlické Mountains. Canoeists will appreciate the nearly 100 km of passable sections, of the Orlice River. You can also look forward to the in-line and cycle path network of the Orlicko-Třebovsko region, as well as pushing your limits in the Peklák and Cakle adrenaline centres. The magical Krkonoše Mountains and Podkrkonoší Foothills
Set out for Pomezní Boudy following the trail of the fairytale by the writer Marie Kubátová. It will take you through a silent landscape where game roams wild, over hills and valleys. On the way children can enjoy various seesaws and climbing frames or a reward in the form of a wooden coin called "Malá Úpa Groschen". In eastern Krkonoše you can take part in a tourist game - those managing to get enough stamps in their "safe conduct pass" while travelling around the Kingdom of Krakonoš (Guardian of the Mountains) can pick up some interesting prizes in ?. The Podkrkonoší Foothills invite visitors to the enchanting Les Království Dam near Dvůr Králové nad Labem, where you can also walk along a nature trail. And don't forget to visit the Dvůr Králové ZOO. You can hear mysterious whispers of eerie stories in the torture chamber of Pecka Castle or see a pharmacy full of various potions in Kuks Hospital. Fairytales in Czech Paradise
Czech Paradise is associated with many legends and tales. These stories which may or may not be true are the inspiration for an entertaining game for both old and young travellers called "On the Trail of Bohemian Paradise Legends". Thanks to this endeavour you will discover that the good water sprite Čeperka lives in ponds between Dětenice and Kopidlno, Pelíšek the pixie has a fl ower garden in Prachov Rocks and treasure is hidden in a spring in a woodland park near Humprecht Castle.
