Welcome to Litvínov in Northern Bohemia. Surrounding slopes will be appreciated not only by bikers for whom this terrain is ideal.
From May till September you can use cycle-bus, at 9 am from the bus station in Litvínov. On Saturday you can get to Nová Ves in Hory, on Sunday to Dlouhá Louka. Tips for cycle-trips with detailed routes and maps can be found on internet www.mulitvinov.cz, Sport section.
On August 2, 2008 there will be the 10th year of Trek Krušné hory MTB marathon in Litvínov. It will start at 10 am from náměstí Míru and three routes are prepared: A 85 km – superelevation 2 410 m, B 55 km - superelevation 1 366 m, C 20 km – superelevation 666 m. The route C is intended to runners and cyclists without sport ambitions who only enjoy riding in the countryside.
