The town of Ústí nad Orlicí wishes to invite you to the tenth year of the week-long festivities called "Town in Motion" held on June 8 - 14, 2009. From Monday to Sunday visitors can look forward to an interesting programme staged not only at Mírové Square.
The town will present a performance of professional singers and musical bands such as the singer Petra Janů with the Golem group, singers Lenka Filipová, Jarmila Šuláková and Věra Špinarová, bands Divoký Bill, Čechomor, Argema, Patrola - Šlapeto, Děda Mládek Illegal Band, No name, and many others.
The accompanying programmes will off er demonstrations of military and fi re-fi ghting equipment, as well as relay swimming, belly dancing and choir ensembles. Visitors can enjoy a fashion show and bowling tournaments. A separate programme will focus on the introduction of the twin towns of Neukölln and Bystryca Klodzka. Admission is free and there are plenty of refreshments available.
